Notes on Pictures
Smugmug - new window:
Clicking on the Smugmug link above opens a new window in your browser.
When finished browsing the pictures on Smugmug, just CLOSE (X) that
browser window, and this website will reappear on your screen.
Smugmug Password:
The Smugmug website is Password Protected and the password is
the last name of our high school principal.
Use proper case. In other words, start his last name with a
CAPITAL letter and use lower-case for the rest - the way he would
write it or type it. For example:
Ausemus Katz Johnson Sargent Carlson Berg Laughter
"J.T." - our principal... Cehisean page 8...
Use his last name. Example: Laughter
If you don't remember the name of our principal, or didn't attend
Central High School, please contact one of the committee members.
You only need to enter the password once every 24 hours using the
same computer.
Laurie Schneider's pictures:
Laurie Schneider is a professional photographer who was hired to
take pictures at our reunion. These are digital pictures from
Laurie's CD which we purchased from her.
Her pictures have now been uploaded to Smugmug, and you can view them,
save them, print them, and order prints from Smugmug.
Laurie does not have the negatives.
How to save a picture to your computer:
Right-click on the large picture (not the thumbnail), and click on
SAVE PICTURE AS... and save it somewhere where you can find it again.
Slideshows:
Try using the SLIDESHOW button (upper right corner of screen), and
set the interval to 5 seconds or whatever you prefer.
You will see a slideshow of that gallery.
To end the slideshow, click on the Windows X (exit).
It will take you back to the gallery you were in.
Teachers:
There are pictures of the 9 Central TEACHERS who were able to attend
our 45th reunion, too!! They also have their own gallery (album) on Smugmug.
They are:
Mr. Ausemus, Miss Corbey, Mr. Frank Johnson, Mr. Murray Johnson,
Mr. Kacalek, Mr. Lund, Mr. Mallinger, Mr. Robideaux,
and Mrs. Schmit (and 3 of their spouses).
Miscellaneous Pictures:
If you have interesting pictures of yourself or our classmates, suitable
for posting, send them in and they will probably get posted.
(Digital versions only, please - not photographic prints. You can get
your photos scanned at a camera shop or drugstore, and they will make
a CD for you which you can then mail or e-mail.) These will go into the
"Miscellaneous" category on Smugmug.
Examples: High school or grade school activities, vacations, awards,
performances, parties, camping trips, visits with friends, sailing,
flying, your new house or boat, you and your dog, you and your kids,
books or articles written, movies directed, achievements, fun, etc.
